- How do I get back to my course? Login, then select the course name under My Classes.
- My course is not listed under My Classes in My Account. If you have previously enrolled and the course isn't listed, don't worry! Call or email us and we'll get it fixed.
- While registering for my course, something failed in the process (i.e., Shopping Cart or Payment issues). Call or email us so we can assist you and get you into your class.
- Forgot Password? On the login page, click on "request a new password." Enter your username or email address associated with this account and you will get an email with a link to change your password.
